Edge Hill Security:
They are here to ensure that campus is a safe and secure place with CCTV monitoring. The campus support team are available 24/7 and can help you if have any issues including:

Keys/Fobs

Emergencies e.g. incidents, alarms etc.

Help with maintenance issues when FM Helpdesk services are out of hours
Durning Centre:

Collect post and parcels

Lost/Found/Replacement student ID card
Opening Times:
- During Term Time: Monday to Friday 7.00am-7.00pm

Outside of Term Time: Monday to Friday 7.00am-5.00pm
Catalyst (New Library):
The library is open 24/7 and the helpdesk is located on the ground floor.
They can provide you with information and advice on:

- UniSkills – developing academic skills and workshops
- Student IT support
- Disability support
- Accommodation and hall fees
- Campus life
- Money advice
- Wellbeing and counselling
- Chaplaincy
