Need a Guarantor?

Student Life

Housing Hand…

Are you struggling to sort out your guarantor? Worried that the person you have in mind might not be accepted? McComb students work with Housing Hand to help you make sure that sorting a guarantor is as easy as possible.

How it works…

  • Applications are free and no obligation. Start by simply choosing whether you are a student or working professional.
  • Find a property, just to double check that the accommodation provider is happy to proceed.
  • Get your quote and find out if you are eligible.
  • Pay your fee, this can be in one payment or split across up to eight months. This is entirely up to you.
  • Sign your contract! Once you have signed, then Housing Hand will sort the rest with your accommodation.
  • Relax! It’s as easy as that; you can now sit back and think about decorating your room!

What do the reviews say?

With 4 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot out of 439 reviews, people clearly have a lot to say.

“Absolutely amazing fast quick service, no hassle or trouble whatsoever. A very friendly helpful staff. 10 out of 10.”

“Staff were great with dealing with queries and this had helped me greatly in paying for accommodation whilst at university.”

By Alex Greenalgh

Hi! I’m Alex Greenhalgh and I am a second year at Edge Hill University studying Primary Education with QTS, and yes, I know I’m mad for going into that profession… (I’ve heard all the jokes) but I am keen to make a difference to the lives of the next generation. When I am not in University I enjoy cooking, gaming and the university students’ staple pass time, ‘spoons. My interests will be reflected with my blogs as they will have a strong focus on cooking. I understand the struggles and the endless trawls through Aldi looking for the best bargains, so I want to pass on a few insights into how cooking can be fun, inexpensive and tasty! I really do hope you enjoy reading my blogs!
